What is to be Serviced:

Pugh's Pools agrees to perform all the services necessary to maintain the facilities, as specified below in a clean, sanitary and presentable condition by the performance of work detailed below:

*All necessary chemicals needed to balance pool water are included; Chlorine, Acid, Bi--carb, and calcium. 

• Test pool water
• Chlorinate pool
• Adjust pool PH
• Balance total alkalinity
• Vacuum and brush pool
• Clean tile
• Skim pool surface
• Clean filter (as required)
• Keep equipment room clean
• Fill out health department reports per H.R.S. requirements
• Inform customer of all necessary repairs

Insurance
Pugh's Pools will submit evidence of worker's compensation and liability insurance upon request.

Term
This agreement shall be for for a period of 1 year(s). This agreement is cancelable by either party by giving written notice within thirty days.

Payment
Payment will be made on a monthly basis. All repairs will be billed and paid upon invoice from Pugh's Pools.
